Kathmandu — With the aim of improving the quality of public education, the government has moved forward with a plan to establish 'Digital Classrooms' in government schools across the country. In the first phase, smart boards and internet services will be expanded to 500 schools within the upcoming fiscal year. According to the Ministry of Education, this technology will allow students to learn through audio-visual mediums. The objective is to make education accessible and equal by delivering video lectures from top educators even to remote area schools. The budget for this initiative has already been allocated, and specialized digital training for teachers will also be conducted.
