On the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution of Nepal, Constitution Day is being celebrated today by organizing various programs across the country. The government has declared a public holiday nationwide. A special ceremony was organized at Sainik Manch Tundikhel in Kathmandu, with the participation of the President, Prime Minister, and other high-ranking officials. The constitution institutionalized the federal democratic republic and infused new hope among Nepali citizens.
